Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 10, 2026
Our Target
Yarne targets WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA-oriented accessibility practices for the web app. This includes readable text, predictable navigation, labeled form controls, visible focus indicators, usable keyboard flows, and clear error messages.
Current Review Areas
- Keyboard navigation for primary public, billing, portal, and dashboard workflows
- Visible focus states on links, buttons, form controls, and dialogs
- Semantic headings, labels, and status text for assistive technology
- Color contrast review for text, controls, badges, and alerts
- Screen reader review for critical enrollment, payment, and account flows
Known Limits
Automated checks and contract tests do not replace a complete manual audit. Yarne still needs periodic manual keyboard, screen reader, zoom, and contrast testing across public pages, customer portals, billing, dashboard operations, and LINE QR onboarding.
Report an accessibility issue
If something is hard to read, navigate, understand, or operate, report the affected page, browser, device, assistive technology if any, and the task you were trying to complete through the support channel listed in the Privacy Policy.
