By accessing or using Yarne ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Yarne is a business management platform for small businesses, providing tools for client management, enrollment tracking, and payment processing. The Service includes AI-assisted payment slip verification via the Anthropic Claude API.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you process through the Service complies with applicable privacy laws.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, to violate any applicable laws, or to interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yarne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
